$36 million for the Smallholder Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Program (SAPEP) to strengthen community land and water management as well as enhance access to animal health services, higher value crops, and microenterprise. 

GAFSP funding supports the Smallholder Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Program (SAPEP) of Yemen’s National Agricultural Sector Strategy (NASS) through decentralized, community-based smallholder productivity programs. The program focuses on four governates supporting efforts to increase production, food security, and climate resilience as well as fight rural poverty and malnutrition.
