$37.1 million to support the expansion of the Agricultural Productivity and Food Security Project (PAPSA) to scale up activities to promote the adoption of high performing technological packages.

GAFSP funds provide additional financing to an existing project, PAPSA, that supports the adoption of four improved agricultural productivity technologies and the improvement of food products for poor household farmers while increasing farmers’ resilience to climate variability under Sahelian conditions.

The GAFSP Private Sector Window also funds the Global Warehouse Finance Program II (GWFP II) to Sofitex, a strategic agriculture company (GWFP II Burkina Faso).
