Enhancing Competitiveness and Sustainability Across Kosovo’s Dairy Value Chain

About the Project

The project targets KAMP’s full membership of 1,919 farmers, with intensive support provided to approximately 900 producers. It aims to strengthen KAMP’s capacity to deliver inclusive, data-driven services that enhance dairy productivity, milk quality, and market access for small and medium producers.

The project will strengthen production through Farmer Field Schools, advisory services, and business and leadership training. It will also provide matching grants to 195 farmers and invest in milk collection centers to improve market efficiency. In parallel, it will enhance KAMP’s governance, digital platforms, and evidence-based advocacy to support long-term sector development. The project will be implemented by KAMP through a dedicated Project Manager.
